CA1 (Canada) has changed datacenter in Toronto. ES1 (Spain) has migrated from Madrid to Barcelona. The default OpenVPN and SoftEther configs of CA1 and ES1 (domain name based) have not changed, the configs based on IP have changed. Update it please.
